We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns and exchanges.
Return window
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery.
Eligibility
Returned items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- With tags and any hygiene liners intact
- Free from marks, deodorant stains, perfume/smoke odors, or damage
If an item is returned in a condition that doesn’t meet these standards, we may decline the refund or issue a partial refund.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene and safety, the following are not eligible for return unless faulty:
- Bodysuits and intimates (where applicable)
- Socks
- Final sale/clearance items
- Gift cards

Exchanges
Size exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your requested size is unavailable, we can offer:
- Store credit, or
- A refund (if eligible)
Return shipping
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless:
- The item arrived damaged, or
- We shipped the wrong item
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing can take 5–10 business days depending on your bank/payment provider.
Original shipping fees are not refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email support@maria-shape.com within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue and packaging
We’ll make it right quickly—replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the case.
